Biography and Background:
My passion is the Channel. I have been in Channel Marketing for over 15 years and during that time I have held several roles focused on marketing support for Channel Partners from Distribution to Value-Added Resellers to ISVs. I enjoy building the relationships with the Channel sales organization and the partners that I support. Being a voice for the Channel within the organization. Building out a plan and executing on that plan to see the reults is rewarding.

How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I have been responsible for creation of Partner specific content and have worked with our Product Marketing Team to create easy to use, quick refernece materials for our channel partners. I also have built out strategic marekting plans with several national partners to drive pipeline and sales for Carbon Black.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Build, execute and refine partner plans with National partners to drive increased pipeline/sales.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
In 2017, I received the Women of the Channel award.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Ellen DeGeneres. She is very thoughtful, funny, and caring. She is not afraid to be herself and to speak her mind. On her talk show, she tackles important issues that some may find controversial but she handles it with grace, laughter and empathy.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Speak your mind. Find your passion. Have fun. There will be times when you fail but learn from that and try your best every day.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
Presenting - I have been told that I am a good presenter. Its not that I can't do it, I can and have and will continue. I just want to not feel the anxiety about it from when I know I have to present to after it is over.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
Every book that my 6 year old and I read together. He is learning to read and to be ab le to share that experience is incredible.
