Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I admire Jill Billhorn, VP of Sales at CDW. She is a role model to me because of the strength and the level of confidence she carries and uses to propel her team forward. I've watched since my first day in the workforce and have seen her take risks, be firm and confident with conviction in her decisions. I see her as a role model who has pushed the boundaries for women and constantly broken through that proverbial glass ceiling.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a **** by Mark Manson. It was a good reminder about prioritization and focus on the important things in life.
