Biography and Background:
Twenty five years of experience managing the operational delivery of channel high technology computer services while managing OEM and vendor alliance relationships. 3 years owning global IT solutions for IT service for F1000 client base. 15 years of service management for major computer VARs, retailers and system integrationo. 8 years of service management for 3rd party provider of computer maintenance services

How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Leader that directly developed Unisys Device as service (DaaS) to allow clients to acquire hardware, end-user services and workshpace services for a monthly subscription fee per end-user. This program required collaboration and development between UNISYS, OEMs, software companies and supply chain providers. Presented Unisys capabilities, orals for services of OEMs in the IT industry. Responsible for global approval of all end user service solutions in Unisys including various channel partners.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
To continue to partner and sell tochannel partners and commercial clients all existing services, technology and innovations in the industry that are in our 5 year roadmap. This can only be done with channel collaboration including eta testing for software developers and participating in research and development of new and innovative technologies.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
Elected to MATE Advisory Board for 2020 international marine robotics. Elected as a judge for MATE regional competition for 2018. Recognized for 25+ years for active participation in CompTIA.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Public figure Sheryl Sandberg. The way with grace she has addressed all the negative events in her life way beyond the impact of her books. She is a true leader by example.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Always look at life as an adventure. Ensure that you are flexible and diverse enough to recognize the various paths in your adventure. Listen to the women who have "blazed the path before you. Knowledge is paramount to your success. Love yourself, address everything as an opportunity, have fun!

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
To become more technical around security and data center deliverables. Because in IT it is all integrated in our environment. It would give me base to more clearly articulate to clients the full life cycle of their IT structure.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
(Re-read) The Trusted Advocate by John Mehrmann & Mitchell Simon. This book reminds me and makes me focus on what should be done for every client. The principles are applicable to personal life. Cultivating relationships is based on integrity and factual knowledge which allows you to build loyalty and trust.
