How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
From the basics to the complexity of rolling out a Channel Program like GlobalPartnerEdge, I started with including our more than 180 channel partners in our company ERP with clean data, and elements to govern the program that did not exist before. Aligning the supporting areas including marketing, learning, product and legal to formulate and manage the program development and its daily operations. Working directly with IT to assure our Channel Partner Portal, was the place where our partners can have a single repository to find all the tools and the necessary materials enabling them to better attend to their customer needs. Also, I focused on standardizing the process for onboarding new partners, access approvals, account creations, legal identifiers, and financial systems to assure an easy business ramp up.
