How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Early recognition that a formal partner program didn't exist at T-Mobile, I have worked across the organization over the last year to prove the value a partner program would bring to the business, in addition to new revenue streams. Aligning with senior leaders inside T-Mobile that all have equal stake in the successful outcome of the partner program, is what keeps us motivated and ultimately what will drive the delivery of a best in class program partners will be excited to be a part of.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Launch formal partner program for T-Mobile for Business. Grow partner by 30% and hire team to support the new org.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Tiffani Bova- She has take a long standing career and continued to evolve it to fit into a future landscape. She has taken her finest attributes, packaged them up, shared and delivered them with others. Tiffani is paying it forward!

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
You will figure things out in your own time and that time is different for everybody. It's okay to change your mind. As we age, our minds change. Take time to fully experience your experiences when they are happening.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
Running podcasts. I want to empower younger women and men to amplify their talents to be more successful inside the work place and in life.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
the SEAT of the SOUL, by Gary Zukav This book has allowed me to think beyond what's tangible. It helps bridge the gap between what we know and what we don't, and encourages incredible thought provoking questions about life, what's important and what's not.
