Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Aubrey Hepburn, as she possessed both grace and style. Of all her movies, my favorite is Breakfast at Tiffany's. I think every woman wanted to be her. Even though she experienced stellar success and was voted the most beautiful woman in the world, she never lost her humility. Family was extremely important to her, as was her work in later years with UNICEF.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
With social media being such a big part of our lives now, don't get too caught up in the superficial world, stay down to earth, don't believe everything you read, education is king, and listen to your inner self.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
Growing up in days before iPhones and social media, I am constantly asking my kids for help. I would like to gain more insight and understanding into how social media strategies can improve brand awareness, help acquire new customers, and broaden the network of channel partners. I will be focusing on all of these elements.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
"A Thousand Splendid Suns", by Khaled Hosseini. A powerful story from a NY Times best-selling author, it's about two incredible women, Laila and Mariam, in Afghanistan. A very moving, heart-wrenching story of self-sacrifice - it gave me deep insights into the history of Afghanistan and the plight of its people.
