How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Rosa Parks. I always say a small action can make a big change. You do not have to have money to make change in society and do not have to be famous. Rosa did a simple thing by not giving up her seat she inspired a movement. It seems so small by how courageous for the time. My thoughts are a simple gesture of kindness goes a long way to making the world a better place. I could be as easy as holding open the door for stranger or helping an old person put their groceries in the car.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Life is not always easy. You will always have up and downs. You will be thrown curve balls that could change your life forever both personally and professionally. But if you stay resilient, and genuine you will always come out on the good side of things. Be an authentic person in your personal and work interactions as sometimes things may not go your way but people always remember people that work hard and are true. Embrace and do not be afraid of change because it will happen whether you want it to or not at different points in your life.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
I have been involved in P&L , budgets, etc but would love to get more higher level finance involvement or have to admit not sure i ever want to own a marketing role love sales too much but would be interested in learning more about the new social marketing and using influencers.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
I am a history and an outdoor enthusiast. I finally read Endurance Shackleton's Incredible Voyage. It shows the true courage of man to survive and keep going no matter how hard the odds are. Fits with my personal mantra of no matter what life throws at you persevere and keep on going as ultimately things always get better even if during the bad times it does not seem like they will.
