How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Aryaka has grown its channel program and business significantly over the last few years. Aryaka's revenue stream from the channel has increased from 17% in 2015 to over 70% today. Since she joined the company, Alesia has contributed to building Aryaka's brand among the channel audience. She has developed and expanded the company's channel marketing program for enhancing awareness, providing partner support, and assisting existing partners with leads, MDF programs, and more. Alesia has also led development of Aryaka's channel enablement content, including product guides, qualification guides, cheat sheets, selling guides, battlecards, etc. to on-ramp partners quickly. She also helped build a partner MDF program globally that provides funding to partners for co-marketing activities including events, demand generation activities, promotions, etc.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
The goal for Aryaka is to continue to upgrade and expand the partner program through partner recruitment, enablement, and marketing support. We have a sell-with model, providing our partners with sales and marketing support, technical support, and demand generation support. Our goals include helping our channel partners navigate the complex SD-WAN landscape and assist them in identifying new revenue streams.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
A few top marketing and channel performer awards at Aryaka.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Alesia has huge admiration for business executive, political activist, and philanthropist, Meg Whitman, best known for her executive stints as President and CEO of HPE, and CEO at eBay. "She is a strong woman and an inspiration for all women aspiring to break through the glass ceiling in corporate environments."

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
"Set higher goals and be fearless in the pursuit of your passion!"

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
Alesia would love to master the art of story telling. Everything in marketing starts with the ability to build and tell stories that are compelling and unique, so they capture the attention of potential buyers. She would also like to learn web design so she can contribute to building overall digital experiences that amplify the impact of the story being told.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
"Educated: A Memoir" by Tara Westover. It's a gripping story of family, loss and the struggle for a better future. Alesia loves how the protagonist overcomes life's barriers and travels across oceans and continents in her quest for knowledge and pursuit of her dreams.
