How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
This year I have strategically focused on developing a diverse and dynamic team that drives results with our partners. Over the last year, Insight has positioned itself across four solution areas - supply chain optimization, connected workforce, cloud and data center transformation, and digital innovation - to help clients manage their current technology needs while transforming for the future. My role has been to align these Insight Intelligent Technology Solutions™ to our partner strategy and planning, resulting in integrated campaigns, key resources, and sales enablement. This has resulted in double-digit growth in revenue and profit.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Insight is focused on driving key solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients. These solutions are evolving as business and technology move at an unprecedented rate. The solution offerings that are most relevant in my space are supply chain optimization, connected workforce and digital innovation. We have several exciting offerings coming to market, such as Insight Managed Office, that help our clients invest smarter, work smarter, and innovate smarter.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
2017 Summit club winner - Top performer for 2017 2017 MVP Majors award - Top performer recognition for major sales segment 2017 Intel Educational Excellence Award - Top performer in training and enablement 2017 Ivanti Partner of the Year - Top growth partner of the year

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I'm a great fan of Meg Whitman ever since I had the pleasure to hear her speak at an HP women's forum. I think she has the capability to talk to a room of 300 as if she was just speaking to you. She is sincere and passionate in her approach and a driving force in IT.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
I believe that all of our experiences contribute to who we are, and I am very grateful that I have had a diverse background and fantastic opportunities. I would encourage myself to not put so much weight on a person's position, title or role. Surround yourself with positive, inspirational leadership, do what you love, take risks, and the rest will come.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
It's not necessarily a new skill, but I'd like to improve my networking, specifically with inspirational leaders in IT. It's a personal goal of mine in 2018 to seek out organizations to help in this endeavor.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
This year I finally got around to reading "Walk Through Walls: A Memoir by Marina Abramovic." I mostly enjoy listening to podcasts and watching videos, but I truly enjoyed this book. The story of this artist and the way it was written was incredible.
