Biography and Background:
Dana brings over 20 years experience in global marketing and B2B partner development for technology companies worldwide. She leads the team building ID Agent's Partner ecosystem, with the focused mission to help increase recurring revenues, profitability and customer retention for its MSP Channel clients. Dana is passionate about driving the programs and nurturing the relationships that will help to grow the Partners' existing business and close new deals, by creatively leveraging the Dark Web ID platform. How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
After a handful of MSPs across the country began leveraging Dark Web ID in April of 2017 to protect their customers, word spread quickly across the IT and Managed Services Provider space. By July of 2017 ID Agent had licensed Dark Web ID to more than 100 service providers, and by September of 2017, the team was onboarding 60-70 new partners per month. Dana influenced the executive management decision to commit to the Channel exclusively, in order to demonstrate the company's long-term dedication to true partnership. Dana leads the Partner Relations and Support team that acts as an extension of its Partners' sales and marketing department, to develop new education and content, make recommendations and provide campaign consultation for leveraging the Dark Web ID platform.
What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Dana will continue to lead the conversations toward integration of the tool with other vendors, and solidify a Partner Advisor team to provide 360 feedback to the team. She believes that product roadmap and new empowerment strategies should be largely prioritized by the voice of the Channel the company serves, and sees herself as the Partner's advocate within her team.
What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
New to this Channel, Dana has won no formal awards. She has received verbal commendations from ID Agent Partners who were able to realize new business after meeting with Dana and her team to energize their campaign efforts.
Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
There are so many. In particular I admire Michelle Obama, and for many reasons. Her commitment to leading by example and being accessible and honest, are qualities I admire. I identify with her passion for physical fitness and health, her devotion to family, and the ability to keep it real without bowing to the negativity of others. These are qualities I aspire to in my personal and professional life.
What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Don't worry so much about what other people think of you, and don't be so hard on yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to, and it is TOTALLY ok for that to change again and again. Trust yourself!

I would love to learn more hard technical skills - coding in particular. I have always been great at translating technical jargon to
What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. I read it a few years ago, and this time it just really hit home with me to make positive changes to take charge of my own happiness. I think the practices have made me a better mother, manager, employee and friend.
