How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
In 2017 we accelerated our digital customer engagement throughout the channel - improving eCommerce traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction. We invested in new tools to streamline and improve our digital content available to our partners' eCommerce platforms. As a result, we increased our syndicated content traffic by over 50 percent. eCommerce is shifting our standard business model. It requires us to think differently and align our channel business to new demands and more importantly, new opportunities. Our laser focus on customers through digitization is driving revenue growth and efficiencies, and I'm extremely proud of my team and the collaborative efforts throughout our organization to accomplish this.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
My primary goal over the next year is to build upon momentum we have established in aligning our business to our channel partners' eCommerce needs. With platform improvements, new tools and big data - we have a tremendous opportunity to drive growth, improve efficiencies and deliver a 'best in class' customer experience.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
CRN Women of the Channel 2017 APC President's Club 2017

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I have long admired Melinda Gates and her philanthropy efforts. She continues to use her position of influence and financial means to be a voice and advocate for those less fortunate. The Gates Foundation has made significant contributions toward improving the health of women and children globally. One of my favorite quotes from Melinda- 'I felt I had a role to give some voice to the voiceless'. This is a powerful message and an example of why I admire her dedication and generosity.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Don't be afraid to take risks, to ask for help, to try something new work hard, be a good friend, lead with grace and integrity. Everything is going to be just fine.

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
Coding - I would LOVE to know how to code!

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
Sadly, nothing outstanding. I listen to a lot of podcasts now. I have a list of favorites!
