Biography and Background:
Jeanne Michele Miller is the Founder and President of Ener Systems, LLC. She started Ener Systems in 1997 to fill a need she noticed for quality technical help for local businesses. Michele runs the company with the help of her partner and husband Rene. They have 5 children and live just north of New Orleans, LA.

How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I continued a monthly blog for business owners who want to learn more about using technology in their business. I was able to maintain Associate level Intel Channel Membership and WBEC certification. I increased our involvement with Dell channel programs to obtain valuable training for our team, increase profitability and obtain hard to locate products for our clients.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Next year I hope to continue to grow Ener Systems. My goals are to double profit numbers by the end of 2018 and grow our monthly recurring revenue to $110K. I want Ener Systems to be recognized for being the best at customer service by meeting and exceeding all of our customer's expectations. We strive to get rid of unplanned work so that our clients may prosper.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Dr. Jennifer O'Sullivan, a fabulous pediatrician and mother of 3 boys. She is always juggling many things and handles them all with grace and ease.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Don't forget to keep your family as an important part of your life. Success is more valuable when you have others to share it with.

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
Disney U How Disney University Develops the World's Most Engaged, Loyal, and Customer-Centric Employees by Doug Lipp Doug taught me how to up my team's customer service level to new high. His simple ideas are easy to remember and implement.
