How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
My primary focus is on generating net new leads and opportunities for our sales team and partners through inbound/outbound campaigns and content development. I work closely with our channel partner community to create joint go-to-market plans to support our field teams and meet our mutual goals. We have also taken a strong focus on amplifying the voice of our partners' and customers' thought leadership by creating original content that we promote through our digital magazines and social media.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
My goal aligns with our overall company goals and that of our partners - profitable growth; the development of new and innovative offerings that meet our client's needs in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud, IoT and managed services; and excellent customer experience and satisfaction. My role is to support both our sales and technical teams in their initiatives - from campaigns and sales support to technical content and materials.

What honors, awards, or commendations have you won over the past year?
DynTek was recognized this year for: Cisco Southwest Enterprise Partner of the Year 2017 Cisco Southwest Enterprise Growth Partner of the Year 2017 Cisco Southwest Enterprise Enterprise Networks Partner of the Year 2017 McAfee Strategic Technical Partner of the Year 2017

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
The women I continue to admire don't get a lot of publicity or notoriety. They are women I work with everyday throughout the channel and technology community. Women balancing work and family. Women fighting back with loud voices and even louder actions. Breaking glass ceilings. Breaking stereotypes. The best part is that I can pick up the phone and reach them right away when I need help or guidance.

What advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Don't be afraid to speak up and be heard - voice your opinions, take risks and savor the small moments! I would also encourage myself to get a minor in Computer Engineering and max out my 401K !

If you could master any new job-related skill, what would it be and why?
I would love to master data analytics - I love seeing the truth in the numbers and data!

What's the best book you read this past year and why did you like it?
Grit by Angela Duckworth - I read it with my son for his school project and I think it is so valuable to remind ourselves that good things take work. They take time. They take passion.
