Dzubay has been a member of both Baptie and TCA (Technology Channel Association) and participates on several Provider Partner Advisory boards including Telepacific, NTT and Level3. How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Although I have been in the VP of Sales Operations position here at WTG for less than a year, I quickly recognized the need to define each role within the sales team. I outlined the roles and responsibilities of our channel managers, sales desk and sales engineering resources and documented the process associated with each role. This included outlining the performance metrics of each position.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
With the implementation of the new sales programs for WTG, my goal is to ramp up each role to reach the revenue metric for their goal within 6 months. Reaching the 6-month revenue goals would justify hiring 3 additional sales resources by the end of 2017.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
CRN Channel Chief award for 2017

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I admire Nancy Ridge from Telecom Brokers. Nancy founded Women in the Channel (WiC). When I joined WiC, I didn't realize that I was emulating the men in my company and our industry in the way I worked, dressed and interacted with others. After a year of being in WiC and experiencing the way Nancy portrayed herself, I was inspired to just be my self and I have found I am more successful this way!

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
If you want to begin a career in technology, find a company that supports career growth to work for. There is a big difference in job satisfaction between working for a company who is only concerned about the bottom line and a company who views their employees as assets.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
Julia Roberts as Erin Brockovich!! The epitome of hard work and passion getting you somewhere all while being proud to be a woman.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
If I could go anywhere, all expense paid, I would travel to Jerusalum on a guided tour with a pastor to experience the birthplace of our savior and have the pastor baptize me in the river Jordan.
