How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
In the last year, Theresa has personally coached more than 40 MSPs in all phases of their business - from launch to mature growth. By creating sales tools that help MSPs bundle and sell services faster, she has helped increased their revenue ramp. Theresa's group coaching channel partners have grown their businesses on average by 52%.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
We look to grow our partners' channel revenue by 20% and increasing our channel partners by 8%. Theresa is personally on a mission to help her partners grow their businesses exponentially.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Coco Chanel. The fashion designer who brought the world two of my favorite things: the little black dress and Chanel No.5. Chanel creates a timeless legacy, which is exactly what Theresa helps our channel partners create for themselves.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Be Bold! Being a woman in technology is a competitive ADVANTAGE. Never allow yourself to view it as a handicap. Everything in life is about the quality of relationships you create in your business, your personal life and your community. Business Networking International (BNI)'s slogan is "Givers Gain." Be a Giver to develop those relationships, nurture them, ask for help and regularly assess them.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
Julia Child in Julie & Julia. In the movie, Julia wants more from life and tries different activities to fulfill her life until she finds cooking. What Theresa especially love is that Julia's husband supports her every step of the way. This just personifies how important a supportive spouse is when starting a new business.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
England to trace my family roots. Mom's family is from Wiltshire and Dad's family traces back to Lancashire.
