How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
This past year I was key in setting the strategy for the North America Channels Organization. I managed and coordinated the execution of the K-12, MSP and LifeCycle Programs throughout all our Channels - ecommerce, I implemented and managed the execution of an OEM agreement with Dell globally.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Drive growth, efficiency and motivation through our initiatives. As we set the strategy, we are focusing on continuing the momentum of last year's key initiatives to provide growth in K-12, MSP, Life-cycle and new offers we are bringing to the market. Efficiency will be key to be able to scale our solutions and our offers through e-commerce, partner programs and partner satisfaction. Lastly, motivation of our internal teams and our partners is the base of our success. My goal is to drive these pillars throughout all the Channels.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I admire my friend. Her young son died three years ago of brain cancer, and she has found such inner strength as a result. I didn't know people could be that strong while going through something so traumatic. She channeled all of her energy into bettering her life. She changed careers, becoming a nurse, and is extremely successful. She dedicates her life to helping others and exudes a peaceful influence that everyone around her can feel.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Do it! It can be intimidating at the beginning because classes will be mostly with boys; however, you will be surprised at how creative and smart you can be, and how much value you can bring to the group. Technology needs ALL perspectives, and is the basis of our economy. Be part of it! Break some rules.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I would love to be Rey from Star Wars. She can read minds, she can fight, and she is the first female Jedi who kicks butt!

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Australia - there is so much nature of all kinds - the beach, mountains, and I LOVE nature - it makes me feel close to beauty. There are also so many fun activities to do in Australia. I don't know that I could limit myself to one city - I'd want to explore all over.
