Biography and Background:
Jeanne Malone, MBA Finance & Marketing As a respected leader in the Dimension Data sales organization, Jeanne Malone is recognized for her creative thinking and results oriented collaboration. She brings over 20 years of experience across sales and technology functions at esteemed corporations such as Solomon Brothers (Citi), Oracle, Cambridge Technology Partners, BusinessEdge Solutions (EMC), and Dimension Data. Over her 20 year career, Jeanne has demonstrated skills and insight to build productive strategic relationships, including driving business for four (4) startups, and has done this for global clients across industries. For the last seven years at Dimension Data, Jeanne has fostered strong relationships at her clients, partners and client managers. She is respected for her business acumen and creativity to drive business. Her ability to drive solutions/business outcomes with technology has helped her clients both meet their business needs and also articulate the value of the subsequent results. Her success at building partnerships in rhw security market, and "getting it done attitude", both internally and with her clients, has resulted significant growth in the US Security Business, one of the fastest growing Business Units globally. How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Expanded Dimension Data's Security practice to +82 Million annually. This included development of a mulitude of new OEM partnerships, services practice development and launching of new Managed Security Services. This has resulted in a 47% CAGR. Now managing the business for the US and expected to deliver o 25% of of our Global Security Revenue Goal.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
To double our Security Revenues Fully integrate the NTT Security Sales team successfully to ensure smooth client satisfaction Expand our Security Sales Efforts Double down on existing partners and expansion of Security Services

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
2016 President's Club received by CEO of Dimension Data for outstanding sales performance. Promotion to the Vice President of US Security from the the CEO. Completion of an additional 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Certification

Condoleezza Rice given her professional and personal achievements and multiple 'Firsts' as a woman. For her professional achievement in the arts, business and politics and her confidence and drive.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Stay grounded Build your network Don't get discouraged when your expectations aren't met - continue on, stay positive Be yourself Be true to yourself Don't limit yourself Be a team player No one told me it's my responsibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
