How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
In 2016 we accelerated our digitization engagement throughout our channel partners' eCommerce reach. We implemented programs and initiatives that improved our digital content - delivering a consistent and compelling showcase of APC solutions on-line channel wide. We also launched new tools providing our partners valuable customer engagement resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
We have a tremendous opportunity to improve efficiencies and customer engagement through our channel partners' eCommerce business. We will strategically focus our efforts on solutions our channel partners need to drive eCommerce growth. This year we will expand our customer engagement via digitization through advanced content, expand our syndication to more partners, and implement new tools that allow us to align with customer needs.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
CRN Women of the Channel 2015 and 2016

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I admire the Principal at my son's school. She began her career over 35 years ago as a teacher at St. Lucy's teaching second grade for 19 years, followed by 12 years in fifth grade. While teaching, she was also the Athletic Director for 23 years and one of the Vice Principals for 12 years. The children and school are at the front and center of her world and we could not be luckier. I admire her dedication and commitment to making our school and community all that it is today. Thank you - Sue Grover!

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Don't be afraid to ask for projects out of your scope, to show you are a team player, and that you're not afraid of hard work. Use technology obsessively. Always put the customer first in everything you do. Network and build your 'brand' within your circles. Ask for help - and lend a hand.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
Someone really, really fast maybe a Marvel character like Captain America or Quicksilver. This way I could visit many different countries on my bucket list within a weeks' time of vacation!

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
You won't find me in the city - but out in the water. I'd love to travel to Sipadan Island, Malaysia and dive at Barracuda Point. I've been very fortunate in my travels and diving locations, but I have never made it to Malaysia. Barracuda Point is always in the 'Top 5 Diving Spots' and one that I'll be keeping on my bucket list.
