Biography and Background:
I'm a successful sales Professional with over 20 years of experience in indirect and direct sales with cloud, storage and networking technologies, with extensive experience in sales strategic planning and daily sales operations , and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals. I began my career at Allied Telesyn International in 1994 and later joined the LSI Engenio Storage Group, where I managed the IBM OEM account and IBM dedicated sales team in EMEA, and was credited with driving a formerly reactive team into a razor sharp, pro-active group that sold successfully into executive levels and delivered on sales goals despite a global economic crisis. I also held sales management roles at Oracle, Panzura and now at Zadara Storage, where its enterprise Storage as a Service (STaaS) solution that has had tremendous growth and expansion in the US is is exceptionally well-suited for the strong demand the channel is experiencing here for private, public, hybrid and multicloud storage._ I hold an Executive MBA in Management from Kellogg Business School of Northwestern Universit, an MBA from WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Ternopil Academy of National Economy.

How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I joined Zadara Storage in September 2016, about a year after it entered the Central European market, to expand go to market options here with 1-tier channel- managed service providers and IT-as a service providers. I prospect and acquire new partners and develop new business with them. In the past six months since I joined, I closed significant deployments with major enterprise customers in Germany, assisted one of the largest cloud service providers in Germany in closing soon to be announced household-name account, and closed a deal with one of the largest market research enterprises in the world that's also based here. I'm passionate about overachieving during the initial stages of sales development, and going above and beyond to make our channel partners successful, which to me is the key to creating a strong foundation for future expansion

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
1) acquire, enable and train up to 10 additional partners in Central Europe in the next year 2) double our territory revenue

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
while I'm still relatively new to Zadara Storage for work commendations, I achieved the title of advanced sportswoman in freestyle fitness. This keeps me in fighting shape for both work and personal pursuits.
