I have been involved with awarding 28 franchise locations over the past year. Bringing in great new talent to the CMIT Solutions system of Managed IT Service Providers. We have expanded into new markets in the Midwest and continue to grow our footprint across the US and Canada.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
To award 30 additional franchise locations over the next year and expand our footprint across the entire US to further our goal of bringing on national accounts.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
I was awarded "Volunteer of the Month" at my church, Life Austin, for service in the Children's Ministry. I won 1st place in the novice Silver Division at the United Country Western Dance Championships.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Linda Burzynski. She is a terrific business woman in franchising. She is my mentor and helped bring me into the CMIT Solutions family. Linda taught me how to find and recruit the best talent for our unique business model.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Always strive to do your best, never take yourself seriously and always remember, that if you are not having fun, do something different.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I would love to be in any Ginger Rogers movie, dancing with Fred Astaire. "After all, Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astaire did. She just did it backwards and in high heels."

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Dubai. The city looks amazing. The sights, sounds and technology would be great to visit and see for myself.
