How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I earned certification for Ener Systems as a Women's Business Enterprise through WBENC. I continued a monthly blog for business owners who want to learn more about using technology in their business. I was able to maintain Associate level Intel Channel Membership. I increased our involvement with Dell channel programs to obtain valuable training for our team, increase profitability and obtain hard to locate products for our clients.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Next year I hope to continue to grow Ener Systems. My goals are to double profit numbers by the end of 2017 and grow our monthly recurring revenue to $100K. I want Ener Systems to be recognized for being the best at customer service by meeting and exceeding all of our customer's expectations. We strive to get rid of unplanned work so that our clients may prosper.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Dr. Jennifer O'Sullivan, a fabulous pediatrician and mother of 3 boys. She is always juggling many things and handles them all with grace and ease.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Don't forget to keep your family as an important part of your life. Success is more valuable when you have others to share it with.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
Wonder Woman. So that I could handle anything that life throws my way.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY for the Rolex Three Day Equestrian Event with my 17 year old daughter.
