Biography and Background:
Natalie brings more than 20 years of global sales and senior management experience to BeyondTrust, where she is responsible for enterprise sales in Western U.S. and Canada. She has a solid track record of transforming technology-focused businesses and building successful sales teams. Prior to joining BeyondTrust, Natalie served as director of sales for iSIGHT Partners, where she drove record revenue growth in the cyber threat intelligence space. She also served with IBM as a founding sales director for the company's Security Systems Division. Natalie began her career with Federal Express as a front-line operations employee, where she advanced to supporting FedEx's largest global accounts over her 11-year tenure.

How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
2016 was a very good year for my team. We made great traction in laying the foundation of our brand across 17 states and 3 provinces. We advanced relationships with our channel partners tremendously this past year. Added a few new partners to our strategy and expanded relationships in those existing partnerships. Key activities that helped us this past year were aligning to technical resources within our channel organizations to better educate them on our technology benefits and messaging.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Goals for this year include stronger measurement of objectives with our strategic partners. Reviewing mutual opportunities, marketing plans in territories and education that supports a healthy growth plan on both sides.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Princess Diana- She was a beautiful soul, humanitarian, mother of two boys. People could relate to her; she was the elegant and the new royal of her time. I applaud the tenacity she had to change her personal life despite the publicity. She will remain an icon for years to come for women.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
This is a global, multigenerational, hyper-connected world of work. It's also highly competitive and in need of all the talent we can find. Women play a big part in how this connects. My advice for young women would be to educate yourself in this field early, ensure you have a strong network to support your movement and value your ethics.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I would probably be Buddy from the movie Elf, staring Will Ferrell. I watch this multiple times every Christmas and think it is the cutest show out there. Love his energy and spirit and it's during my favorite time of the year. Makes me happy.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
Rome, Italy. The city of architecture, art and amazing culture. Known as the eternal city. I have never traveled to Italy and this would be an amazing place to visit. Very historic churches and basilicas and the cuisine I am sure is amazing as well. It would be a wonderful place to learn more about.
