How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
1) Developed and implemented a new, recurring channel enablement event , where channel partners are able to meet subject matter experts live, over video, to ask any questions that they may have regarding products, tools or resources. 2) Shifted the strategy of existing channel webinars to not only include product training, but also sales tools and programs, which resulted in increased registration and attendance. 3) Managed the alignment of training curriculum for channel Certifications and Specializations and developed an updated partner course catalog that made navigation simpler and more interactive.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
1) Further develop partner onboarding tools and resources. 2) Support the creation of additional partner training and certification programs. 3) Refresh our partner portal to allow for dynamic delivery of content based on the partner profile.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
I received an award for my volunteer work at my childrens' school. Parents are required to volunteer 40 hours per year, however, I logged over 100 hours of service. It was awarded to me by the volunteer coordinator at Trinity Christian School.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
One woman that I admire is Eleanor Roosevelt. She was a woman of firsts and revolutionized the role of the First Lady. She opposed the traditional role of First Lady and instead chose to be politically and civically involved. She was often called a socialist or a communist for her involvement in controversial movements, ranging from women's rights, civil rights and human rights. She taught women that they could break with social norms and pursue their passions.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Find a mentor and don't be afraid to ask them questions - even those unrelated to your career. Having a resource that has already navigated the pit falls of life will only help you to be more successful. A lot of colleges have mentor programs for female students - especially those who have an interest in technology - so you don't have to wait until your first job to be assigned to a mentor. Search one out early and take advantage of their expertise.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
If I could be any movie character for one day in real life, it would be Cinderella. You get to wear a fabulous dress, talk to animals, have music playing around you at all times, and good always defeats evil.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
If I could travel to a city that I've never been to before, all expenses paid, it would be Bora Bora (island). My husband and I had planned to honeymoon on Bora Bora, however, our first child came along sooner than expected so our honeymoon was put on hold. It is such a beautiful place, so I would still love to get there some day.
