How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Consistently listen to Tegile sales team and channel partners on what it is they need from us to be mutually successful. I value their feedback using the information to make enhancements to our MDF program and lead generation process to ensure it's easy to go-to-market with Tegile's flash storage arrays.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Continue to build upon our success in working with our channel and alliance partners at the "street" level to increase opportunities for all. Further enable our partners to be successful in a hyper-competitive market place by bringing new channel ready campaigns, sales calculators, TCO tools ,marketing templates and promotions to shorten the sales cycle.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
CRN Women in the Channel 2016

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
Suze Orman, a financial advisor and Jean Chatzky, a financial journalist are two women I admire. Both of these women are superb in the areas of expertise and their approach to financial matters. They keep it real and simple. Cannot go wrong by following their advice.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
First and foremost, I would tell them that they are needed and can make a huge difference! We need young talent in the high tech world to help those of us that have been around awhile to keep it "cool and current." I love having them on my team, as they are not afraid of technology - they embrace it! Women also approach things differently and different perspectives are needed to keep things interesting!

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I am a product of the 80's and I loved Charlies Angels growing up. I actually studied Criminology in school. I would be one of the Charlies Angels characters - probably Cameron Diaz character. How could you not enjoy solving crimes and using your martial arts and high tech skills? Carrying a gun and wearing cool clothes.. come on now. What fun!

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
Somewhere in Tahiti. Perhaps Bora Bora and stay at the Four Seasons. I am dying to stay in one of the huts that is positioned over the beautiful water. I could completely unplug. No e-mail, cell phones, texting, Facebook, internet ads. You get the point.
