How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Teamwork and collaboration. Continuous synchronization of internal and external leadership to create a strong, differentiated brand experience designed to maximize company value to our vendor partners and clients. As an adept researcher, I also keep in touch with current industry trends and customer challenges to provide business intelligence to enable and arm our sales organization.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
My primary focus is to increase TIG's global impact, thought leadership and brand awareness as it relates to meeting customer need, engagement and satisfaction.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?
2016 TIG President's Club Winner. 1 of 50 awarded to those in the company who reach outstanding achievement.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I recently found out about and admire Dana Bristol-Smith, Executive Director of Leap to Success. She is an author and public speaker but dedicates much of her work towards an organization that to assist survivors of domestic violence build self-esteem, self-confidence and the communication skills needed to succeed in job interviews and in the workplace, and ultimately become self-supporting to break the cycle of violence. Since its first program with just six women, 1,000 women who have overcome life challenges including homelessness, addiction and mental illness as well as domestic violence have graduated from Leap to Success programs. Pretty amazing!

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
Technology is everywhere. Find what makes you happiest and look for ways to grow technology in that place or a technology company in that space. Don't be intimidated by some that seem smarter. You are stronger than you think. Always think 2 steps ahead of where you are. Continuous, fast pace change keeps careers in technology at an even playing field.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
Movie character...its a toss up between Khaleesi Daenerys Targaryen and Olivia Pope. Both are fierce dragon slayers with unquenchable fire. If I had to choose, I would love live the life of Khaleesi Daenerys Targaryen... Ruling a "Queendom" with a strong army. Who doesn't want to wield a sword and a dragon! But mostly because she are great at winning the fight for the underdog.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
Yokahama Japan. Being 52% Asian (Ancestry DNA) I would love take my two daughters to see where my mother grew up. Maybe find a long lost relative...
