How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I have held a key role in leading our organization through a critical transformation as SAP increases its focus on an ecosystem that supports SAP's Cloud and Platform strategy. As part of this transformation, I am responsible for recruiting, enabling, promoting, and supporting, a vibrant ecosystem that supports SAP's transformational strategy.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
The ISV Partnership program is intended to put SAP's vision of helping the world run better and improve people's lives into action by creating and maintaining an ecosystem of companies that solve complex problems and drive meaningful impact. Specifically, over this next year, we plan to launch a series of innovative and market relevant applications to the market with our partners, powered by SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics.

What honors, awards or commendations have you won over the past year?

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
While I admire many women, Carla Harris stands out to me most recently. Carla has been very successful in her life, but more importantly, has achieved her success without compromising her character and spirit. She lives a life focused on what is possible, and "lives intensely", taking full advantage of every minute and every opportunity in life. She has a great viewpoint on the connection between diversity and innovation, which is important to me. Listening to Carla inspires me and I feel refreshed and motivated every time.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
My advice to young women before they begin any career is: (1) Know why you've chosen that path. Know and believe in yourself and don't seek validation from others. (2) Continuously review your goals and the road to get there. Know that the road won't be easy and consider obstacles opportunities to learn something by testing your creativity and drive. (3) Seek out a sponsor who is willing to vouch for your work and potential.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I would love to be The Flash for one day. Besides accomplishing my objectives for that day in a millisecond, I would also have time to catch up on the hundreds of books I've added to my must-read list over the past years. I may even have time to learn to cook Asian food, which has long been a desire.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
I would like to visit the historic sites from ancient Bible times, starting with the city of Jerusalem. Having read many of the stories since childhood, it would be interesting to compare the actual places with what I have created over the years in my imagination. I imagine it would feel like time travel!
