Deidre has been in the telecommunications/IT industry for 18+ years. Her role has mainly been on the customer support end. Her career in IT/telecom started out at PAETEC, which then rolled into Windstream. After being at Windstream for 15+ years, Deidre made the switch from a large-corporation environment, to a small agent environment.
How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
Deidre has completely shaped and revamped ROI's back-office practice. She continues to build and improve processes and procedures to increase client satisfaction. She has initiated and implemented best-practices in client communication, team work and communication, and general back-office procedures.
What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
Deidre is driving towards an optimized back-office practice. She plans to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
As a new college grad and young woman, I have personally received advice from Deidre on starting careers in technology. She has taught me step by step what to expect in different niches of the industry. She always advises me to remain patient, but also eager and communicative; confident, but also curious about new technology; and most importantly, to know the basics, but also realize that technology is always changing, which is why the industry is a great place to start a career and to continue to grow.
