Michelle's been a women in science and technology for years. She's never once let the fact she's a woman stop her or hold her back. Do not let that be an excuse for any failure. Ask for what you want, you may be surprised. Focus on the positive, and never stop finding ways to move forward, even when you feel like you are moving backwards.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I would be Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter Series so I could use magic to accomplish good things.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
I would go to Reykjavik, Iceland to see the Northern Lights. I love traveling and seeing the beauty of nature. Visiting new places of beauty gives me goose bumps, and often feels surreal.
