How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
I personally engage at an executive level with our channel partners to achieve long term strategic goals in a way that is mutually beneficial for my company and our channel partners.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
As part of our current 5 year plan, we project expanded engagement with our key business partners and growth in channel business of 20-30% in the next year.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
I have great personal admiration for Stephanie Dismore, Vice President & General Manager, Americas Channels, HP. Her knowledge and passion, as well as her ability to be a proponent for change in the industry is remarkable. Stephanie has been able to bridge success with retail and commercial segments in a way that few others have been able to achieve. She guides HP's channel development with expertise, poise and grace that all women must admire and aspire to.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
In addition to studying international business at University, I pursued a dual program in engineering with a focus on nanotechnology. Understanding, components and chip architecture at a transistor level gave me insight into our product segment at a much deeper level than many of my peers as I entered the industry. Time and again, I have leveraged this knowledge base and expertise to correctly time markets and product engagement. I would encourage young women to develop technical skills in addition to business acumen.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
I have always loved Audrey Hepburn in just about anything. The day she spends exploring Rome with Gregory Peck in Roman Holiday would be pure magic!

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
I have been extremely blessed and had the opportunity to live abroad and travel extensively for business in Europe and Asia. However, as a little girl I had romantic visions of exploring the tombs of ancient Egypt. I have never been to Cairo, traveled the Nile, or walked the Valley of the Kings, but I would jump at the chance!
