WOTC Power 100: How I Achieve Work-Life Balance

We asked the 2016 Women of the Channel to shed a little light on how they strive to achieve an optimal work-life balance.

Jeanne Hopkins, Continuum Managed Services

Senior Vice President & CMO

I am lucky to work for a company that encourages work/life balance. I do love to work and I truly love what I do. I've learned a couple of things over the years…BE with your family. Really BE. That means not allowing televisions or computer screens in other parts of the house to separate your time. And, if it means watching "Finding Nemo" for the 76th time, do it. Encourage travel to expand your family's curiosity and to learn more every day on your vacations together. Eat together. Look for opportunities to cheer on your family.
