Try to find separation between work and home. When you are home, be fully present for your family and friends and don't constantly check emails or answer calls. If you need to get more work done, do it after the day is done and everyone is in bed. The same goes for when you are at work: be fully present for your team and co-workers. Try not to blur the lines between your personal life and professional life.
