Be sure to find time every day to meditate, even if it's only for 10 minutes. Also, try not to bring your cell phone into restaurants; I make sure to not do this, especially when out with my family. To help ensure you're leaving time for yourself, I advise scheduling your personal time as if it's an appointment. I personally live by my calendar, so by blocking off the time for errands, meditating, etc., I can ensure I have the time to focus on myself outside of work.
