What do you mean by truly caring about people?
The customers I talk to, I know their kid's names. What they enjoy doing. I spend time with them outside the work week. Cultivating those relationships gets a lot further than just trying to sell product. I would say that's helped me to get where I am today. I am very passionate about people and building relationships with all of my customers.
