What is it like being the only female in a higher-up role?

It's kind of fun to be the only female in a world of all men, but I also have to find myself looking for mentorship from Cisco or other manufacturers because there's really aren't many in the reseller space.

I've been a sales manager at Sentinel for three years. I was the first female sales manager and spent years as a senior account executive here. [At the] two other resellers that I worked for before, I was the only female account manager in those.
