Have you seen any changes in the last 10 years in terms of more women in top sales or account manager positions?

I haven't, unfortunately, on the reseller side. I have seen a huge shift in the manufacturing side. There are several female account managers and executives within Cisco and I work with quite a few of them, but it seems like there are not very many that are interviewing for a reseller position. It is still predominantly male candidates that are being submitted. I have never even had the opportunity to interview a female candidate.
