Follow a three-step plan
First, work out. Even if you dance to your favorite music in your room for 30 minutes, do something physical. Second, keep two sets of toiletries, one for home and one for travel. Then you never have to worry about forgetting anything when you pack. Third, don’t use traveling as an excuse to binge. Choose foods that will give you mental and physical energy, not weigh you down.
