Help your officemates.

This isn’t lottery-winning level help, by the way; it’s picking up a coffee for someone, or volunteering to do a final proofread on a colleague’s big project. It’s the moment of seeing where you can lift someone’s burden a little, and just stepping forward and offering your help, no big deal.
