How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year?
2016 was spent launching our new and enhanced Partner Program into the channel. Additionally the team focused on working one on one with partners to leverage marketing tools, measure efforts and achieve strong return on investment We also assisted partners with the transition to the MSP model through trainings and education. Much of my focus in 2017 was spent creating road maps for partners to progress from basic product training to acquiring security knowledge to advanced solution selling.

What are your goals for your company's channel business over the next year?
ESET is focused on helping our partners grow their business in 2017 by providing tools and resources to help them market their business and sell ESET products. We are developing easier ways for them to capture leads, cultivate and close sales. ESET is continually focused on recruitment of new partners and helping those partners reach their goals.

Outside of your family, please name a woman you admire and why:
There are so many but if I have to choose I would say Oprah Winfrey. She has overcome many obstacles in her life. She came from an abusive family in a poverty stricken home, during a time when African-Americans were considered second class citizens. She worked her way through school, became a reporter and then started to rise. I love what she stands for and what she has done for others. She continues to be seen as an icon and pave the way for women to become successful.

What advice would you give to young women who want to begin careers in technology?
First I would recommend that you find a mentor and learn from them. Try and meet at least once a month, ask for advice, and share experiences. Second, network, network, network! Women are natural connectors, so use this skill to connect with as many people as you can. Lastly, be yourself. Nothing comes across better than confidence and honesty. In the end people hire people that they like, can get the job done, and they can trust. The hard skills can be taught, soft skills like honesty, accountability, and integrity come from inside.

If you could be any movie character for one day in real life, who would you be and why?
This is not a movie character but I would have to say "Bewitched". I have always wanted to be able to blink my eyes, snap my fingers and have everything clean and arranged. When something bad happens, wouldn't it be nice to be able to back up time? Throw in the ability to transport, get what you need done and be home for dinner, who could ask for more.

If you could travel to a city you've never been to before, all expenses paid, where would you go and why?
The city of Rome or nearby like the Amalfi Coast. Number one on my bucket list. I love meeting people, and understanding their culture. I would love be a guest in someone's home where they have many friends and family that I can meet, talk to and get a true sense for the place and the people.
